The Santatlo Class of the Society of the Divine Word (SVD) who were fresh from their one year of Novitiate formation in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro had their First Profession of Vows at the Holy Spirit Chapel of the Divine Word Seminary of Tagaytay (DWST), Tagaytay City.

As members of a religious congregation, the Missionaries of the Divine Word embrace the evangelical counsels, taking the three traditional religious vows of poverty, chastity and obedience.

Their class name, Santatlo, is a combination of the words “isa” meaning “one” and “tatlo” meaning “three” – which pertains to the Holy Trinity, one God but three divine persons.
Santatlo Class is composed of 16 young seminarians. They shall be among the incoming first year Theology students at the opening of the DWST’s new school year.
