PEBA evolved from its original advocacy of recognizing the best and outstanding Blogs of Filipinosliving and working abroad through staging an annual international blog awards. It has now become one of the world’s largest alliances of Filipino Bloggers supporting each other and unsurprisingly turned out to be a giant new media network of writers, video bloggers, advocacy leaders and valiant campaigners of social change.
